Steps to Root Galaxy Note 2 SGH-I317M Running I317MUMUCNA1 4.3 Jelly Bean through Odin:

1. Download CF-Auto-Root for Galaxy Note 2 I317M and extract the Zip file: CF-Auto-Root-t0ltecan-t0ltevl-sghi317m.zip
2. Download Odin 3.09 and extract the Zip file: Odin3_V3.09.Zip
3. Now, Switch off your phone and boot Galaxy Note 2 I317M into Download Mode by pressing and holding the Volume Down+Home+Power buttons together (long press until the boot Lcd appear), now press Volume Up key to proceed to Download Mode.
4. Run the Odin3 v3.09.exe file as an administrator (Right click on the .exe file and click on Run as administrator)

• All the data in your Samsung Galaxy S4 should be backed up with the help of below mentioned steps manually and not with the KIES PC Suite.

• From the path “Settings > More > Development Options > USB debugging” enable the USB Debugging Mode.

3. Switch off the Galaxy Note 8.0.
4. Boot the device into Download Mode by pressing and holding Volume Down, Homeand Power buttons together until a construction Android robot icon with a warning triangle appears on Lcd. Now press the Volume Up button to enter Download Mode.
5. Run Odin on the computer as an Administrator.
