1.Power off your phone2.Press together volume up + home button + power button until Samsung logo appears
3,Select "wipe data" with volume buttons and press home button to confirm
4.Select "yes" and press home button to confirm
5.Wait untill format is complet
6.Select "reboot"
7.Wait until the phone restarts
