Nokia C3 Display Problem Solution White blue blank screen displays solution
Heres a solution that may possibly help fix and repair Nokia C3 display problem like white Lcd, blue Lcd, blank Lcd, garbled and saturated Lcd displays.
Note: this solution may only work and can be applied after ensuring that:
a) the Flash firmware is okay
b) the LCD Display module is okay or have tried replacing it with a new one
This solution below shows the display circuit connection of Nokia C3 and its corresponding line connections including the pin connectors pin configuration.
Repair Tips:
1. Check the LCD pin connector, make sure it is free from dirt, oxidation and corrosion. Clean it and apply solder if the pins found a cold solder or broken.
2. Check the two voltage supply it is 1.8 and 2.8 DC volt(see solution above)
3. Check the connected two resistors near to the pin connector this two resistor has a value of 0 ohms and 100 ohms. replace if found damaged.
4. If all of the above components is okay, the last and hard enough to deal with is reworking the JUNO chips. For beginners, you may ask assistance to your Head Technician or Master Tech, working with JUNO IC needs expertise, so apply extra precautions.

Just have the rework station heat controlled about below and not above 350 degrees and have an air flow of 3-5 range. Need extra care for that IC to work with.

Sony Ericsson Spiro W100i LCD Screen Display Problem Repair Solution
Repair hints on Sony Ericsson Spiro LCD Screen Display Problems.
1. Check the LCD Screen Module, have a new LCD Lcd replacement if damaged.
2. Check the LCD flex ribbon cable wire, replace if damaged.
3. Check the Flex Pin Connectors, clean if oxidized, resolder and replace if necessary.
4. Check the upper keypad PCB board. Replaced if damaged.
5. If the above procedures wont fix the problem, re-hot or rework the CPU IC.

- Check the display pin connector, clean it, rework or re-solder it if necessary.
- Check the capacitors and coils, replace if necessary, and then check the VBAT voltage and the VIO voltage on it. Those are the supply voltages for the display
- Check the two DSI line choke filters
- If those parts above already checked and seems nothing wrong, the problem possibly exist on the Display UI chip. Reworking or replacing it will only fix the display problem
For damaged or lifted display pin connector or due to wet or water damaged, heres the tracing guide if you might think that the problem lies on a broken display signal line paths.
